Sweet Chili Sauce


50 - 70 Chillies
12 cloves of Garlic
8 cm ginger
4 cups of white sugar
4 cups of brown sugar
1 - 2 cup raisins
4 cups vinegar
4 tspn salt

Mince the garlic , ginger, chillies and raisins. Add to the vinegar, sugar and salt.
Boil till it thickens. (will thicken more on cooling)
