Beer Batter [MBBC]


1 jug dark beer
1/2 jug flour
1 kg cornstarch
10 egg whites
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon dill
1 tablespoon oregano

Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate. Dip fish portions in batter and deep fry.
