Steamed Oysters with Butter Sauce


48 oysters in shells
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Scrub and rinse oysters under cold running water. Place on baking sheets and bake in 450 degrees oven for about 15 minutes or until shells open. Remove oysters from shells with shucking knife. Place on heated dish. Keep warm. Combine melted butter, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce. Serve sauce with oysters.
