Buchanan Scotch Shortbread


2 1/2 C Flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 C Confectioner's Sugar
1 C Butter

Serving Size : 24

Mix flour, salt and sugar together. Cut in butter with a pastry blender. Blend until fine crumbs. Pat into two 8" cake pans and prick with a fork. Bake in a 275 deg. oven. for 45 min. with a pan of water in oven. Cut into wedges while still warm.
