Louisiana Barbecue Mix
2 tablespoons dry barbecue sauce mix
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
6 cups Crispix cereal
2 cups Cornuts
3 tablespoons oil
Serving Size : 16
Combine dry barbecue sauce mix, sugar and cayenne pepper. Set aside. In a 2 gallon storage bag, combine cereal and cornuts. Pour oil over cereal mixture. Close bag and gently toss cereal mixture until well coated. Add barbecue mixture and close bag. Gently toss cereal mixture until well coated. Store in airtight container.
Per 1/2 cup serving: 100 calories and 3 grams fat.
