Cranberry Cream Cheese


2.5 kg cream cheese
1.32 pounds frozen cranberries
1 300ml orange juice
black pepper to taste

Boil and strain the cranberries. Put in blender and puree. Mix together with cream cheese and orange juice. Pepper to taste.

Spread for grilled veg sandwich.
