Wasabi


2 TSP wasabi powder
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 TBSP whipping cream

WASABI IS A JAPANESE HORSERADISH WITH A FRAGRANT BITE TO IT. IT COMES IN A TUBE OR AS A POWDER THAT YOU MIX WITH WATER. SUBSTITUTE EQUAL AMOUNTS OF HOT MUSTARD AND HORSERADISH BUT IT DOES NOT HAVE THE SAME FRAGRANCE.
