Sunday Saver - Starburst Stirfry


2 bags Success White or Brown Rice
1 can DOLE Pineapple Chunks
1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon Kikkoman Soy Sauce, divided
2 tablespoons cornstarch, divided
3/4 to 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pound boneless pork or chicken cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 package (16 ounces) frozen Oriental vegetable medley

Prepare rice according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, reserving 1/4 cup juice, drain pineapple. Blend reserved juice with 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, pepper, garlic powder and 1/2 cup water; set aside. Combine pork or chicken with remaining 1 tablespoon cornstarch and soy sauce. Heat oil in wok or large skillet over high heat. Add pork or chicken; stir fry 2 minutes. Add frozen vegetables; stir fry 4 minutes. Pour in soy sauce mixture; cook, stirring 1 minute or until sauce boils and thickens. Stir in pineapple. Serve over rice.
