White Chocolate Mousse Tarts
1 (14 oz.) can of sweetened condensed milk
1 (6 oz.) package premium white chocolate baking squares
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 cups (1 pint) whipping cream, stiffly whipped
2 (4 oz.) packages single-serve graham cracker pie crust (12 crust)
In saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate with sweetened condensed milk; stir in extract. Cool to room temperature. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into crust. Chill 4 hours or until set. Serve with fresh fruit if desired.
