Diabetic Low Fat Turkey A La Oscar

2 9 oz. pkgs. frozen asparagus cuts
1 tablespoon margarine or butter
6 fresh turkey breast slices or cutlets
1/4 teaspoon crushed garlic
1/4 lb. medium cooked shrimp
1 pkg. hollandaise sauce mix (1 cup Prepared sauce)
1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves

Prepare asparagus as directed on pkg. Drain; keep warm. Melt margarine in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add 3 turkey slices. Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until browned and no longer pink in center. Set aside. keep warm. Repeat with remaining turkey. Add garlic and shrimp to skillet. Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until shrimp are thoroughly heated. Meanwhile, prepare hollandaise sauce as directed. Stir in tarragon. To serve, arrange turkey slices on serving platter or individual plates; top with asparagus and shrimp. Spoon sauce over top.
