Low Fat Turkey Vindaloo

2 teaspoon black mustard seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
3 tablespoons oil
2 cups minced onion
5 cloves minced garlic
1 inch ginger, minced
1 and 1/2 cups cooked turkey meat, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon clove powder
1 tablespoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 tablespoon tamarind concentrate dissolved in hot water
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1-2 cups water
2 parboiled potatoes, cubed

Pop the seeds in the oil. Add onion, garlic and ginger and fry until onion is light brown. Add turkey and spices and fry for a minute or two. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes or until desired consistency.
