Baked Onions
6 large onions, skins on
olive oil
freshly ground pepper
Serving Size : 6
I bake them on a grill skins on, until they are very tender, then I broil them until the skin is dark.Scoop them out of their skins, drizzle some olive oil and freshly, repeat. freshly ground pepper.
