Low Fat Lemony Broccoli


Makes 2 servings

1/2 pound broccoli spears
2 tablespoons fat-free spread, melted gently
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper

In medium sauce pan cook broccoli in boiling water for 8 to 210 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain. Meanwhile in a small bowl, combine melted spread, lemon juice, salt and pepper; mix well. Drizzle mixture over cooked broccoli.
