Low Fat Pompeian Vinaigrette


Makes 12 servings

1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Combine all ingredients and mix well with fork or in a shaker bottle.
