Raspberry Vinaigrette

1/2 cups vegetable oil
1/2 cups raspberry wine vinegar
1/2 cups white sugar
2 teaspoon Dijon-style prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the oil, vinegar, sugar, mustard, oregano and pepper. Shake well and refrigerate until chilled.
Makes 1 1/2 cups, or 6 servings.
