Pizza Treats for 100

Servings: 100 Portions (4 Pans)
Portions: 1 slice servings
Pan Size: 18 by 26-inch Sheet Pan

3 quart Cheese(4 lb), pizza blend
1 3/4 Tomato paste(15 oz), canned
1 1/2 cups Salad oil
1 1/2 cups Olives(6 1/2 oz), ripe, pitted, sliced, drained
2 2/3 cups Onions(8 oz), fresh, green with tops, finely chopped
100 slices Bread(6 lb), French, sliced, 1/2-inch thick

combine cheese, tomato paste, salad oil, olives, and onions. Blend well.
Spread about 2 tablespoon mixture on each slice of bread.
Place on ungreased pans. Bake in a 400°F, Oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

NOTE:
50 sandwich buns, cut in half, may be substituted for French bread in Step 2.
