Orange and Pineapple Juice Cocktail for 100

Servings: 100 Portions (4 Gallons)
Portions: 5 Ounces Each
2 quart (2-32 oz can) juice, orange, frozen, concentrated
2 gallon (5 2/3-No. 3 cyl can) juice, pineapple, canned
1 1/2 gallon water, cold
6 lb. ice, crushed
Combine ingredients: stir. Cover and refrigerate. Add ice just before serving.
NOTE:
5 2/3-No. 3 cyl can canned orange juice maybe used in frozen orange juice. Omit water.
2-15 1/2 oz can canned, instant orange juice may be used. Use 7 1/2 quart water.
If desired, equal parts of chilled, reconstituted orange juice and chilled pineapple juice may be combined, as needed, just before serving.
