Servings: 100 Portions (8 Gallons with ice)
Portions: 10 Ounce Servings
2 1/4 quart Sugar(4 lb), granulated
1 1/2 Water, hot
1 gallon Juice(4-32 oz can), orange, frozen, concentrated
3 1/2 gallon Water, cold
3 gallon Ice(12 lb), crushed or cubed
Dissolve sugar in the 1 1/2 gallon hot water. Cool.
Add juices and the 3 1/2 gallon cold water to sugar solution. Mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate.
Add ice just before serving.
NOTE:
4 - 15 1/2 oz can instant orange juice may be used in Step 2. Use 5 lb (2 3/4 qt) granulated sugar and 2 gallon hot water in Step 1.
