Large Volume Hawaiian Kings Bread

4 lb 2 oz Bread Flour
3/4 lb Sugar
1 tablespoon Salt
1 oz Instant Yeast
7 each Eggs
3 cups Milk, Scalded
8 oz Sweet butter
Warm Water if needed

Measure and mix dry ingredients. Melt butter in scalded milk. Add eggs, milk, and butter to dry ingredients and mix. Knead for 5 minutes. Dough should be soft slightly sticky. Place dough in a lightly greased bowl cover with plastic wrap and keep in a warm area, let dough rise until about 2-1/2 to 3 times its original size. For a better developed crumb let rise twice. Form into 1-1/2 lb. round and slightly flat loaves place in greased pie tins and let rise to 2-1/2 times original size. Bake in a 350 oven 30 to 45 minutes until browned on top and bottom.
