Chocolate Soft Serve Ice Cream for 100

Servings: 100 Portions (3 Gallons)
Portions: 3/4 Cup Each

3 gallon ice milk mix, liquid, fresh, chocolate, chilled

Pour mixture into top hopper of mechanical freezer (according to manufacturer's
directions); start dasher motor; turn on refrigeration. Freeze to a temperature of 27 to
30 degrees F.
