Pie Wash for 100

Servings: 100 Portions (1 1/3 Cups)

4 eggs, whole, slightly beaten
1 cup salad oil
2 tablespoon baking powder

To 4 eggs, slightly beaten, add salad oil and baking powder. Blend. Brush top of unbaked
pie crust just before baking. Use on any product calling for pie crust.
