Large Volume Buttermilk Pancake Batter

Cake Flour 3 lbs
Baking Powder 4 oz
Sugar 12 oz
Salt 2 teaspoon
Eggs 18 ea
Melted Butter 1 lb
Butter Milk 6 cups
Vanilla 3 teaspoon

Combine and sift together dry ingredients.
Add the eggs and butter.
Mix in butter milk.
