Grilled Sausage Links for 100

Portions: 3 Links Each
Temperature: 325 degrees F. Griddle

20 lb. pork sausage, links

Grill sausage links 10 to 12 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Turn frequently to
ensure even browning.

NOTE:
Sausage links should be cooked until inside is gray with no tinge of pink remaining.
