Celery Seed Dressing for 100

Servings: 1 Gallon

6 3/4 cups (3 lb) sugar, granulated
2 2/3 tablespoon (1 3/4 oz) salt
3 tablespoon paprika, ground
1/4 cup (2 oz) onions, dry, minced
2 1/2 cups (1 lb 7 oz) catsup, tomato
7 1/2 cups salad oil
2 1/2 cups vinegar
3 tablespoon celery seed, whole

Combine sugar, salt, paprika, onions, and catsup in mixer bowl. Whip at medium speed
about 3 minutes or until well blended. Continue beating; slowly add oil and vinegar
alternately. Add celery seed; blend well. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve.
