Portions: 1 Sandwich Each
Temperature: 375 degrees F. Oven
100 slices bacon, sliced
12 lb 6 oz. ham, canned, thinly sliced
100 slices (6 lb 4 oz) cheese, American, processed, sliced
100 hamburger buns
Cook bacon according "Baked Bacon Slices" recipe. Drain. Set aside. Slice ham into very
thin slices. Place 2 oz ham, 1 slice cheese, and 1 slice bacon on bottom half of bun.
Top with other half of bun. Wrap each bun in foil and heat 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot.
NOTE:
12 lb 6 oz ham, boneless, cooked, frozen may be used.
Use 1 recipe for "Sandwich Buns" hamburger buns, if desired.
If desired, 12 lb (200 slices) white bread may be used instead of buns. Brush top and
bottom of sandwiches with 2 lb (1 quart ) butter or margarine. Grill on 400 degrees F.
griddle until sandwich is golden brown on each side and cheese is melted.
