Large Volume Green Goddess Dressing

Anchovy Paste 13 oz
Lemon Juice 3 cups
Prepared Mustard 3/4 cups
Chopped Garlic 1 1/2 cups
Salt 2 tablespoon
White Pepper 1 tablespoon
Fresh Chopped Parsley 3 cups
Fresh Chopped Chives 4 cups
Fine Chopped Carrots 1 cup
Mayonnaise 3 gallons
Sour Cream 3 gallons

With A bur mixer blend all the ingredients except the mayonnaise and sour cream. Add Mayonnaise and sour cream and blend for 10 minutes
