Large Volume Thousand Island Dressing

Mayonaise 7 gallon
Heinz Chile Sauce 2 #10 cans
Fine Diced Onions 4 lbs
Grated Hard Boiled Eggs 4 Lbs
Red Wine Vineger 1/2 gallon
Sweet Relish 2 gallon
Lemon Juice 1 1/2 quart
Sugar 4 fluid oz
Salt 2 tablespoon
White Pepper 2 tablespoon
Worchestershire Sauce 3 oz
Half and Half 1 quart

In a large mixing bowl blend all the ingredients.
