Chili Burger for 100

Servings: 100 Portions
Portions: 2/3 Cup plus 1 Sandwich Bun Each
30 lb. beef, boneless, ground
2 1/2 quart (3 lb 5 oz) onions, dry, chopped
1 tablespoon pepper, black
5 tablespoon mustard, prepared
1/2 cup (2 oz) chili powder
1 3/4 gallon (15 lb 10 oz or 5-No. 3 cyl can) soup, Tomato, canned, condensed
Combine ground beef and onions. Cook in steam-jacketed kettle or roasting pan until meat
is brown and onions are tender. Drain or skim off excess fat during cooking. Add
remaining ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve on split toasted
sandwich bun.
