Frankfurters On Rolls (Hot Dogs) for 100

Servings: 100 Portions
Portions: 2 Sandwiches Each

200 each (20 lb) frankfurters
2 1/2 gallon water
200 each (25 lb) rolls, frankfurter

Cover frankfurters with water, bring to a boil, reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Drain,
leaving enough water to cover bottom of container. Keep hot until served. Serve on rolls.
