Grilled Bratwurst On Rolls for 100

Servings: 100 Portions
Portions: 2 Sandwiches Each
Temperature: 350 degrees F. Griddle

200 each (37 lb 8 oz) bratwurst
2 1/2 gallon water
200 each (25 lb) rolls, frankfurter

Grill bratwurst slowly on 350 degrees F. griddle, turning frequently until thoroughly
heated and browned. Alternately, bratwurst may be deep fat fried at 350 degrees F. for
five minutes. Serve on rolls.
