Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches for 100

Portions: 1 Sandwich Each
200 slices (12 lb) bread
1 quart (2 lb) butter or margarine, softened
3 quart (7 lb 2 oz) peanut butter
4 1/2 quart (12 lb or 5 1/4-No. 2 1/2 can) jelly
Spread buttered slice of bread with 2 tablespoon peanut butter. Spread 2 tablespoon jelly on second
slice of buttered bread. Combine slices
NOTE:
Other variations in sandwich spread may be used.
6-18 oz jar peanut butter may be used.
6-2 lb jar jelly may be used.
