Tomato Vegetable Soup (dehydrated) for 100

Servings: 100 Portions (6 1/4 Gallons)
Portions: 1 Cup Each

4-No. 2 1/2 can (4 lb) soup, dehydrated, tomato-vegetable with noodles
6 1/2 gallon water, boiling

Stir soup mix into boiling water. Return soup mixture to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and
simmer 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
