Baked Beans (canned beans) for 100

Servings: 100 Portions (2 Pans)
Portions: 3/4 Cup Each
Pan Size: 18 by 24-inch Roasting Pan
Temperature: 350 degrees F. Oven

1 3/4 quart (2 lb 8 oz) bacon, chopped
1 1/2 quart (2 lb) onions, dry, chopped
3 3/4 gallon (34 lb 6 oz or 5-No. 10 can) beans, white, canned with pork in tomato sauce
2 1/2 cups catsup, tomato
2 quart (2 lb 8 oz) sugar, brown
3/4 cup (6 oz) mustard, prepared

Brown bacon in roasting pan. DO NOT DRAIN. Add onions and cook until lightly browned.
Add bacon-onion mixture to remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly. Pour about 2 1/2 gallon
mixture into each greased pan. Bake uncovered, 1 to 2 hours or until browned.
