Hashed Brown Potatoes (Frozen, Shredded) for 100

Servings: 100 Portions
Portions: 1/2 Cup Each
Temperature: 400 degrees F. Griddle

18 lb. potatoes, white, frozen, shredded

Place layer of potatoes on well greased 400 degrees F. griddle; cook 15 minutes; turn
and brown on other side.

NOTE:
To cook to order, thaw layer of potatoes on greased sheet pan in 350 degrees F. oven.
Brown on greased griddle, 3 minutes per side.
