Chicken Wings Diablo


Serves: 4

15 Oz HATCH Red or Green enchilada sauce
1/4 Cup Red wine vinegar
4 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Carmen’s Habanero flakes
20 Chicken wings

Mix the enchilada sauce of your choice with the vinegar, garlic and oregano. Set aside for 30 minutes and taste for flavor. Add salt and pepper if desired. Marinate the wings in the enchilada sauce for 15 or 20 minutes, or long enough to allow the wings to come to room temperature. If you prefer, marinate the wings overnight in the refrigerator. Depending upon your desired level of pain liberally sprinkle wings with habanero flakes. Place the wings on grill until they are sizzling hot. Remove them and brush with more sauce. Serve piping hot!!
