Serving Size : 10
20 chicken wings
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 10 oz. can FRANCO-AMERICAN Brown Gravy with Onions
1/4 cup ketchup
1 1/2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
Position the broiler rack 6 inches from the heat and preheat the broiler.
Thoroughly wash the chicken wings under running water and cut off the tips and discard. Arrange the wings on a broiling pan and brush with oil.
In a small bowl, combine the gravy, ketchup, hot pepper sauce, sugar, and vinegar, and whisk well.
Broil the chicken wings for about 15 minutes, or until cooked through, turning and brushing several times with the sauce. Serve hot.
