Monterey Wings

1 lb chicken wing pieces/drummettes
3 tablespoon orange marmalade
1 tablespoon dijon mustard

Fry up some wings using your favourite recipe for fried chicken. In a saucepan combine marmalade and mustard. Stir over medium heat until velvety. When chicken is done frying, bathe generously in sauce and serve.
