From a hotel in Calcutta, Larson delivers a message to Lara Croft using a laptop computer link, live from Natla's office. Lara Croft is hired to locate a mysterious artifact  called the Scion rumoured to lie buried in a Peruvian tomb. The artefact supposedly contains " unknown powers" from Atlantis. Lara finds the artifact only to realize it's just part of a larger, more powerful object - and that her new employer is not at all what she seems to be. This is the game that started it all, today it is still rated among the best games of all time. There are 16 level in the game and plenty of puzzles for everyone to get their teeth into. Moves include running, swimming and jumping. Weapons included pistols and a shotgun. You can only save the game once you have found a game crystal.

Climb, swim, and backflip your way through a maze of cryptic deathtraps so realistic you can practically smell the decaying flesh. Unload an arsenal of lethal firepower on any wild-dog, giant lizard or blood-thirsty mercenary that gets in your way.
Your mission is the deadliest one to date -- the recovery of the fabled Scion, an incredible treasure reputed to give its possessor vast power. Get ready to cross the globe to take on impossible odds while exploring Incan ruins, Ancient Rome, Egyptian Pyramids, and the Lost City of Atlantis...
