I am still reading opening night's posts, but am happy to see how many fans (with the high standards I have become very accustomed to) really enjoyed the movie. Many of you have asked if there will be more scenes in the DVD, because we left you wanting more. The answer is yes - almost very missing scene, along with behind the scenes footage, interviews, all five Lestat songs in music- video format, and something Michael Rymer and I finished today: a full-length commentary on the film devoted exclusively to explaining why we made the changes that we did. There's more, but I can't think of it all right now. It'll be out in early August.

It will be entitled "Queen of the Damned - The Score Album". Catchy, huh?

The titles of the pieces are:

1. Queen of the Damned
2. Jesse's Dream
3. On the Beach
4. Secret Passage
5. Air Lestat
6. A Walk in the Park
7. Maharet
8. Prodigal Sun
9. The Queen is Dead
10. Long Live Jesse

They run in the order they appear in the film. We would have liked to release the entire score, but this is definitely the best of the lot. Hope everybody likes it!

The release date is June 4th, worldwide (or so I'm told).
